A NOTE FROM YOUR THESPIAN PRESIDENT

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am SO excited to meet and work with everyone joining our theatre family. We have a lot to look forward to this year, and I will be organizing opportunities for underclassmen to meet with upperclassmen to provide a safe place to ask questions about the rigorous and hectic high school schedule, especially within theatre! I know that, when I was a freshman, relationships with older students really helped me to thrive in theatre–and high school in general–because I always had someone to turn to. I look forward to meeting all of you, and encourage you to branch out and meet new friends. 

In addition, show experiences are like no other in Keller Theatre! We grow not only as performers in our skillset but also as a family. Although it is intimidating to walk into a big audition, it is one of the most rewarding experiences to take part in a huge mainstage show! The directors are truly championing for your success behind the table. Be bold, even as a new student, because you will go so far!
